Is it generally true that most H/J associations allow simple changes in Long/Short Stirrup without penalization? Does anyone know of a show or association that doesn't allow simple changes? I'm freaking out a little bit because they removed the "Simple changes will not be penalized" memo from this years class specifications for the GSDHJA and I don't know whether that was just a slip up or if they really mean to change the rules.
