Just to let everyone know, by now, I think the problem with not receiving comment notification emails from LJ is actually not LJ's fault as much as GMail's. I've hardly received any mail at all over the past few days - emails just seem to disappear into a black hole for the most part. (This certainly happened to a test message I sent to myself from another account, at least.)
