Everytime I hit up against the sheer thrill I had making my two largest films to date and start to feel blue by contrast, I go back and watch Young Einstein (1989), Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey (1991), or Ford Austin's Wright Brothers: episode 3 (2006). These films embody that thrill of discovery and freshness, the non-stop energy and the zeal of celluloid dreams.
