Back in 2001-ish my brother amazing_tito confiscated a puppy that was in an abusive home. This puppy was slathered in Crisco because the owners thought that if it got hit by a car it would just slide right under. So they took her in. When his ex-wife became psycho and abusive to animals (she left the puppy outside to starve), and I bought a house out in Villa Rica, so I took her in.
