Closer and closer... Today we inspected the condo and building. We used Speaker of the House ( meryddian 's referral) and he was GREAT. Insanely competitive price, extremely thorough, very helpful. He kept saying thing like, "See this here? Normally this is where I drop the bomb on you, but this looks fantastic." Or, "Really, this building is a structural cream puff.
