I have begun the process of the Turduckening. Two turkeys, two ducks and two chickens are in the brine. The Tree is up, and festooned with popculture icons, because that's what we do in our house. The house is getting cleaned up, mostly prepaired. However, there is still much to do. I have, frankly speaking, about 40 hours left to have everything done. By 5pm friday, I must be ready.
