I read something in a link somewhere ( I can't find it!) that China has an awesome budget surplus of a trillion (of what? I forgot D8) or more~ I kind of want this to happen because 1) they seem pretty reluctant to do so when I read the article and 2) wouldn't China be just so endearing like that?
