So, i haven't posted in a while. Not a ton has been happen with me. I'm pretty boring. I have been working out for the last 7 weeks and have increase my bench press 21%! Which sounds awesome, until I tell you that it is currently 115lbs. My goal is to be at least 155lbs by the end of July. I don't think this is going to be a problem.
