I've been adding new equipment to my home theater.
So far I've got a new receiver: Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K . This this is nice, while it only does about 110 (real world) Watts into the 7 channels, it is exceptionally clean and clear. That might be in part to the automatic room adjustment which is performed by playing test tones through each of the speakers and seeing how they sound when picked up with the included microphone which is placed in the ideal listening position.
