So we had an open house today and there were five showings...three VERY interested in the house and impressed with it big time...I am very hopeful, but i am not holding my breath....If we should be able to get the house in my name only tomorrow at the hearing and if one of these people will buy it...I wont get any money out of it but i wont lose any money either AND i wont have to file bankruptcy...which would be wonderful!!! but if i do have to file then that is what it is and i will just have to... read more
