I had an appointment to get winter tires installed today. I showed up at Renfrew Chrysler at 6:30 AM as requested. I asked at that time if they'd received the rims that were supposed to arrive from Toronto (I'd tried to call first, but nobody would answer the phone). At 8:30 they informed me the rims had not yet arrived. It took them two hours to figure that out. Customer Service : Canada = Blizzards : Texas Both are rarely seen.
