Background info: I work as a F(ront). E(nd).S(upervisor) at a Ross in Lower Alabama. Problem: Customers have a tendency to leave the store through the entrance door (which is an automatic sliding door that only opens when you're outside the store), especially after seeing someone try to go through that same door and fail.
