I've written a PWP!  I can't believe it.  I've actually written something.  Boy, it isn't easy.  The writing went okay, but finding the uninterrupted time to do it was hard.  With two babies at home, the only time I have to write is after they go to bed around 9:30 and during the work week I am way too tired to put coherent sentences together.  It is just as well though, because the story morphed quite a bit over the course of the week that I have spent trying to write it.  I thought the dialogue... read more

Holy Saphire Cats Session I: "Coming together" The first session started with an announcement about the upcoming Clan Wars, where groups of people form clans to participate in friendly combat, carrying out missions and possibly fighting each other, requesting all willing to heed the call to report to the inn "De Strakke Teugel". ahh many many changes in such a short time. got laid off last week b/c of funding issues. working hard core on the ahs site. sex toy shop is nearly complete. got a new big deal contract that's gonna pay me about $3K which for me is huge. in negotiations with a nonprofit site. that's pretty rockin. i love working from home. i'm a night owl and tend to work from about 11 am to 4am. i work buck naked which is also a major perk of working at home. hell i've rarely put on a stitch of clothing in a week...

So I'm at work, and all of a sudden someone screams, and the next thing I know, we're all huddled around a manager's desk, watching the live online feed of the local news. At about 2:00pm today, a 19 year old boy left a suicide note at his home, walked into a store at the Westroads, pulled a semi-automatic rifle out of his coat, and started firing all over the place. He killed 8 people and wounded 5 others, then shot himself in the head. 9 dead, 5 wounded, and tons more shaken up by it. BK, the guy...

well...at least I can say that I went somewhere during the Holy Week...(thanks Mix!).  Martin, Earl, Teo (Earl's friend) and I went with Mix last Black Saturday to Dagupan, Pangasinan.  Mix had a meeting with her client who hired her to decorate his mansion.  He's a Filipino who won the lottery in the States (*lucky bastard*).   Anyway, we didn't do anything much.  We were travelling most of the time and eating halo-halo at Chowking (to compensate for the heat...and aircon trouble...hehehe...)...
