I don't know if I've mentioned this before or not. Several months ago I squatted down to get something out from a cabinet under the kitchen counter and when I went to raise back up something got majorly fucked up in my left knee. I thought that the bone had popped out of socket. That's what it felt like. I had an incredibly acute pain and I just fell over.
