Ok, a much better day today. Still drinking lots but had a few cans of diet coke and it kept me quite on my toes all day which was good. Breakfast: 1x weetabix with splah milk and pinch of sugar - 65 cal Lunch: Packet of crisps - 140 Cal Dinner: 1/2 a subway wrap with wafer ham and turkey and salad - 150 When out with friends and had a couple of bites of pizza too - 50 cals ish Good Day :) Plus i was working on the house scrapping wall paper all day which should help tone my arms and maybe... read more
