Got this list from a friend and it's quite useful. I was down to 149 crests before going to fight the Inferi, and I couldn't leave it at that, now could I?! The last one turned out to be #13. :D Of course. I claim no credit for the original list, but I've put *'s near the ones that are hard to find or hard to get. There's one with a bracket around it coz I'm not sure if it's real. The lion crests are at the bottom, separate from the ones you knock or pick up.
