My fiance and I are trying to eat out less and cook healthier. We've been wanting to try ground chicken, so when we saw some at Whole Foods (Their meat department rocks!), we had to pick some up. We made half-pound chicken burgers with low-fat provolone, tomato slice & baby spinach on wheat buns, served with a side of honey-mesquite baked potato chips. It was delicious!
