Ok, well, so far, so good. No, scratch that, so far, REALLY good. Many of you know i use a body bugg to track my calories burned, calorie intake, deficit, and percentages of where my calories come from (protein, fat, carbs, etc.) i entered in my GF foods last night so exact nutrition info would be in there, uploaded what i ate for the day and discovered that by dinner's end i had eaten 80 grams of protein. My goal is 90, but i am considered "good" if i get anywhere between 80 and 90g per day... read more
