Well. it looks like my flight to Kuwait will be next week. There my unit will acclimatize, undergo some routine training, and prepare for the drive northward through most of Iraq, to our assigned base. Mine is a medical company, so, hopefully, we won't have much work to do... but we probably will, especially towards the end of the 12-month deployment.
