Well we don't yet have a test result back, but after having my insitence to the family doc and genetecist that nursing James was still best dismissed, I emailed and got an amazingly prompt answer from Dr. Jack Newman ( www.drjacknewman.com ), author of The Ultimate Breastfeeding Book of Answers about his thoughts on the matter since he mentions Galactosemia in his book and indicates that nursing is still possible with milder forms of it.
