Hello all, I've noticed some people in various websites in my country are asking around and offering rats as pets. None of these people, from how they described their rats' conditions, know how to properly keep a rat. I'd like to change that and open a forum, much like this one or goosemoose, that will educate and provide answers and places to talk about for rat owners.
