I'm finding this photo* pant-pissingly hilarious. It's really going the distance: quite a few hours have passed and I'm still laughing at it. I think the top line of the sign says "Possible leak, but". There's something so magically dismal and inevitable about it. It could be anywhere in the English-speaking world yet it whiffs of Britain.
