Food: Breakfast: 2 pieces of multigrain toast with roasted red pepper hummus, 1 chocolate soy milk box Lunch: 7 triscut crackers with hummus, 1 nectarine Dinner: 6 inch turkey sub on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, and ranch dressing, and a nonfat yogurt. Exercise: Most likely, today will be a no exercise day since I want to leave for PA in about 2 1/2 hours and still have stuff to pack, a shower to take, CDs to burn and a room to straighten up.
