Dear Senate Democrats, It's not considered a 'victory' just because you got a bunch of Republicans to sign on to adding even more spending to the Iraq spending bill. It's called you failing at doing what you were elected to do, which is to end the war in Iraq. However, you have continuiously funded the war every step of the way.
