Emma did eventually accept Xavier's offer of letting her teach the younger mutants. He had said even though she still had some trouble with her own powers she had come far enough and knew how to help well enough to help others. But he warned her that she may have problems with her powers again now that she was pregnant, but her classes would be well aware that was the reason for any issues she may have.
