Friday got off to a less than fortuitous start. Got up, world was fine. Climbed into the car, all good. A few minutes into my commute, my back started feeling stiff. Less good. By the time I got to the office, some serious lower back pain had settled in for the duration and I was moving like a 90 year old. But slower and more awkwardly. WTF?
