So about a month ago I started keeping a dream journal. If anyone who is reading this does not do this, DO IT. Just put a notebook and a pen within arm's reach of where you sleep. Don't put it any further or it won't work (trust me). At first it was frustrating because I saw no results. But in the past few weeks my mind has really opened up.
