I love it when P's mom gives me care packages of groceries. She makes the most awesome kimchi in all of Korea. I've had some good kimchi at restraunts, but this stuff tops it. It's not the children's kimchi they serve at my work, it's full on fire-spice laden fermented cabbage, mmmmm. If I would just invest in a rice-maker, I could make a decent meal out of it.
