Discover Halong Bay in a different way

We departed from Hanoi at 8a.m, chatting loudly as we were on the way. We were joining in an interesting journey to one the new natural wonders. So, I believe it may have been one of the best weeks of my entire time travelling this week, and that's saying something! Took three trips to see the sights of Hoa Lou/ Tam Coc, Halong Bay and Sapa. All were very different, but amazing in their own ways... Nothing to report from the North of Vietnam ... I've had the flu so I've spent an exciting 5 days stuck in the hotel room watching in house movies, eating chicken and corn soup and generally complaining. ok so i am now in hanoi, the capital of vietnam. my god this place is crazy! and hot! our flight from japan to here was delayed two hours so we were waiting around in the airport for a while. that sucked but we got here. i had arranged for someone from our hotel to pick us up from the airport, which they did, promptly and for free. it seems like all of the hotels here are run by vietnamese travel companies. there are SO many tourists. as soon as we got to our hotel we were ATTACKED by the man that...
