The nature of man is not infallible. I actually believe that man is evil by nature. By evil I don't necessarily mean horns and a pitchfork, but we are all sinners. It is difficult to try and give someone the benefit of the doubt when we are all susceptible to lust, gluttoney, envy, greed, pride, and sloth.
