Day 3 still hurting..but healing |

Hello. This morning was good and alot of fun. I wo ke up and found that my parents went to my aunts house to continue fixing it up and they too k Jag with them. So it was just me and kaiba. i ate brea kfast and then played with her for a long time outside. just running around until i just laid down in the grass, closed my eyes and relaxed in the sun's warmth while kaiba plopped down beside me :). shes so sweet! it was so cute. later i washed my car..washed the dog..and just went out driving... read more

My definition of Cultural Healing My ideal world would be a place where someone's cultural background, race, or ethnicity made no difference in how you would relate to them. Each person would treat each other as equals, as part of the human race, as their brother or sister or both, and we would all live in harmony, healing and helping each other where we could. They were sore from the treatment AT did yesterday, and then I spent most of today walking around in northern Vermont, which made them worse. Still Moving Forward |

I even got to walk backwards, which is really strange on a treadmill. I didn't do it for long, though, since it started hurting my shin pretty quickly. That's a reminder that I've still got a ways to go, but E says I'm getting more flexible,and that my stride looks better and better. ... read more
