Dear HP service center, It's customary, when replacing a system board, to not only put thermal grease or, failing that, thermal padding on the CPU, northbridge AND GPU but also to actually screw the heatsink down so it sits flat and tight against all three chips. Not doing that makes me an angry tech as I have to then replace the board as a warranty claim since lord knows your SC never admits fault.
