Mark Pesce gave the final talk at Web Direction South , this year. In that talk, he cited 'Crossing the Chasm' by Geoffrey Moore. I have since read the first half of that book (the last half goes on and on and on and on about the deliverables within the strategic framework). However, the major flaw with this work is that the The Technology Adoption Lifecycle is a normal distribution , it makes no sense to suggest there is a 'chasm' in it.
