Funny to think. There's this devastating cyclone in Myanmar which kills thousands, and leaves many more lost and hurt. Because of this tragedy, a democratic vote on a newly drafted constitution is being delayed until the end of May. I'm not saying that's a bad thing...only that it's a curious thing.
