So. I've been making my diet different. Recently I've chosen to be avoiding salt, and sugar (and the things that get turned into sugar instantly) The salt is a problem because I love nothing more than soy sauce (on white rice). But I'm figuring I'll deal with it. The sugar thing is harder to deal with than I thought. My loose goals. No pasta, no white rice. Those two things are my Achilles heels.
