Okay, so I really, really, really want need want a new camera. I have truly gone as far as I can with my silly, little EasyShare C643 . It's a great little camera for quick snapshots in broad daylight with totally still subjects, but if I want to do anything else, it's meh. (The one good thing I can say about it is that I've learned how to be a steady mofo and how to get a decent shot in less-than-ideal conditions. Oh, and how to work the *snot out of Photoshop CS2.) My breaks consist of me googling holgas and going on ebay to check out old cameras and film that I can bulk buy. I can't wait for exams to be over so I can actually use my holga. I'm thinking of buying another type - the Holga 135BC. This one I can still use in Brunei cause it uses 35mm film. I want filters and flash. The colorsplash flash from lomo. :( But damn they're so expensive.

I still use a 35mm camera.  I have an Olympus IS 10 that I absolutely love.  I bought it used about 15 years ago and it has worked like a charm. I also have a digital camera now too.  I bought an Olympus digital because I trusted the brand.  The digital works well and the pictures turn out okay, but I still feel so much more comfortable with my 35mm.  Maybe it's just practice because I feel like I know what I'm doing and I can trust that any picture I take will turn out as intended.  I can't trust...
