Calories Don t Count

Approximately 1668 calories

I did pretty well calorie-wise today, though I did have a pretty big dinner (to keep my family off my back -- it worked) for the first time in a week. Still, I didn't need to eat nearly as much as I did, but that steak was just so good. Damn. 000 Tea (0 x 3) 000 Sweet'N Low (0 x 4) 000 Water (0 x 8) 296 Steak (37 x 8) 103 Rice Pilaf (310 x .3) 110 Ice Cream (110 x 1) 509 calories total I guess that's good? I don't know. I was doing so well up until 8 o'clock and then I had to go blow it, but...

OK - So I stuck to the 1200 calorie or less thing for a week.  Then, yesterday, I just had to do something stupid.  It started at lunch when I was insanely hungry.  So I ate the rest of the spaghetti I'd made for dinner a couple of nights before.  Almost 1000 calories gone in one sitting!!  ARRRGGGG!!   Yes, I could have gotten back on track, but instead I developed a F-it attitude.  When I picked Liz up from school we went to Sonic.  She had a regular Butterfinger blast and I ordered a Route 44...

OK gang, now it's MY turn.... Regardless of what the other poster said earlier today about us all being obsessed with out calories, well then YES - I am and I just can't help it, and I come here for support (and I give it too), and that is what our community is all about. Well, anyway I finally gave-in, and I ate 1 whole cup (yikes!!) of the potato salad!  I didn't want to - and I sincerely mean that, but the hunger which I normally find so comforting and focusing actually this time around distracted...

When eating negative calorie foods i.e. cucumber, celery, lettuce, etc, should I even count it toward my daily calories?  What do you think?
