*burrrrrrrp* Just had a nicely-sized bowl of spaghetti and quorn. :) I could have had more, but chose not to overdo it, and left some spaghetti behind in the pan. Me? Doing portion control? Madness! Today, the bike and weights seemed... not hard. Especially the weights. In fact, nothing is really hard right now - I'm in a real routine when it comes to food and exercise - the only thing that's a bit difficult is getting my eyes open at 5.20am, and willing myself to go straight to doing weights... read more
