I watched what would be considered to Act I of A Long Day's Journey Into Night with Katherine Hepburn. I was already tearing up after the end of Act I. I didn't know exactly how the mother could be played out on paper. Seeing it's shocking. She's brilliant. This should be a more well known Katherine Hepburn movie than it is. read more
