Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich is hosting a Chicago radio show and he didn't waste any time before blasting Gov. Pat Quinn's proposal to increase the income tax. Blagojevich says it's the "worse thing" Illinois could do, and he says it would hurt small business. He took comment from callers who seemed to agree.
