Okay, I have a question. If you use BitTorrent, about how fast does it work for you on the average file download? How many peers are you usually connected to? I know it's a little rich to complain about the speed at which I am able to steal things, but the fastest I seem to be able to squeeze out of BitTorrent these days is 30-40KiB/s, and that's with 40ish peers, with almost half of them being seeds. And my upload rate is usually around 80Kibs, usually two or three times as fast as my downloading...

i'm in parkdale area and there doesn't seem to be cap on bittorrent anymore. is this official or someone's asleep at the wheel?

This is so not what living in the future was supposed to be like. Not even twenty minutes into the future. Max Headroom Season 1 : 7 hr 36 min remaining Max Headroom Season 2 : 64 days 3 hr remaining. Every time I've ever tried to use BitTorrent for anything, this is how it goes. Based on past experience, I expect that each of these will get to 98.2% and stop there forever.
