Well, we made Pan De Muertos, Day of the Dead Bread. "It's ALIVE!" It virtually rose from the grave. I have not made yeast bread before, or at least not that I can recall. So fun to watch the bread double in size. Not so fun when it does it in your oven and you're not sure if it's going to blow. All did turn out well, but for a slight burn.
