VICTORIA - Victoria High School's plans to convert a truck into an electric vehicle received a big power boost today. The Telus Victoria Community Board gave the program $17,200, while the provincial Ministry of Environment added $15,000. Several local companies such as Fernwood Coffee have also donated.
