Apple Cakes 2oz marg 3oz sugar 4oz SR flour 1 egg ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon milk 3oz chopped apples Beat marg and sugar together. Add egg and beat again. Mix in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder. Add milk and mix all together. Add chopped apple. Stir well.
