Maybe its too early to speculate, and I really have no idea. I dont think the passing reference to pork in the previews is a clue. But what Id *like* to see is an ingredient that the two chefs can take in two different directions so that we can see in at least some of their dishes how the ingredient is represented in their respective wheelhouses: Indian for Mehta; Latin American for Garces.
