Sigh. Why do people spit so much these days?  Everywhere I go, there are gobs of slimy saliva or people turning and hacking onto the sidewalks from moving bicycles or people drooling spit streams onto the ground between their feet as they wait at bus stops. Why do the line-ups at theatre concession stands move so slowly?  It doesn't look like it should be that hard, really, putting popcorn in a bag.  I can make an entire lunch for two people in the time it takes to purchase a small bag of popcorn...

One bunch bok choy, chopped coarsely; fried at medium with a fair amount of lemon juice; a bit of soy sauce added late;  mixed with parmesean & romano. Pretty good. Not WTF, but still good. :-)

So one of Google's perks are the microkitchens, which holds snacks and drinks for hungry and thirsty Googlers. There's a general set of products that gets stocked - the popular sodas, Calistoga mineral waters, some power drinks, and some iced teas. There are also, on occasion, really random stuff that gets stocked (the Godiva coffee drinks show up once in a while.) Today I noticed Enviga It is "Sparkling Green Tea [with other natural flavors]" DUDE CARBONATED GREEN TEA WTF? This is a Nestea brand...

104. 104!!! There are about 70 rooms on-site, so it's possible (although not by any means guaranteed) that I will just about scrape one if people higher up choose to live out or off-site.
