Okay, that's it. I got through another strange Californian Christmas under palmtrees - it DID rain so that helped some, *chuckle. I will say I'm glad it's over. The consumerist pressure is just IMMENSE here in the months before Christmas (not that I care) and it seems rather ridiculous seeing that the actual holiday is only one day in this country. It's like a spook of sorts that is over before you know it and all the preparations towards this ONE single day just seem crazy in this light. Oh well... read more
