Large-scale residential development has hit a wall in downtown Albany, but smaller projects continue moving forward. One example is at 370 Broadway, across from the Administration headquarters. The upper three floors of the late 19th-century building are being converted into six, 1,400-square-foot to 1,600-square-foot apartments that will rent for $1,800 this fall.
