Adivce: Buggy-things in compost
   

There's a small, wriggling nest of some kind of brown maggot/grubworm-like creatures in the corner of my compost. Is that bad or is it just part of the process? It doesn't smell bad at all, but it's also been a while since I added any leaves/grass. I'm fine with leaving them there if there's no harm, just wanted to be sure they aren't ruining things.
