Okay, I was watching Disney Channel (nothing else is on) and they're doing in-between commericals about new Disney Channel shows and they were talking about the Spin-Off of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and about the new character in the spin-off named Bailey. Since Ashley Tisdale isn't coming back to be Maddie they cast this newcommer Debbie as Bailey.
